Refund policy
Returns are easy at Aura! We accept returns within 14 days (2 weeks) from the delivery date. Unfortunately, returns outside of this 14-day period cannot be accepted. Please note that returns are eligible for store credit only; no cash refunds will be issued.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. Aura does not provide return labels. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking to ensure your return is delivered safely.
Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, items must not show signs of visible wear, such as makeup, deodorant stains, or fragrances. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
Please return the item in the same condition you received it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale items: All swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories (jewelry, bags, hats, etc.) cannot be returned.
- Any item purchased using a discount code of 15% or more is non-refundable, including items marked as Final Sale.

Once your return is received and processed, we will email you a confirmation. Depending on your bank, store credit may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Aura reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the 14-day window or is not in its original condition.
Exchanges:
Since our items sell out quickly, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Aura is not liable for return shipping fees or lost packages once they are with the carrier.
Refunds:
Refunds are not issued—only store credit will be provided. Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you of the approval for store credit. Please allow up to 10 business days for store credit processing.
